It is easy, at times, to look at the actions of others and make declarations about their sin. It is much more difficult, to be honest about our own sin and shortcomings. They say that we tend to judge others by their actions and ourselves by our intent.
Anarchy, a hot term these days, is the state of disorder due to the absence of authority. It is when someone, or a group of people, believe that they are the final authority and therefore are free to live as they see fit.
